Galaxy Watch Active FAQ

Which watches are compatible with My BP Lab?

Currently, the My BP Lab app works on the Samsung Galaxy Watch Active and Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2, and Galaxy Watch 3.

How do I get the My BP Lab app to work on my Samsung Galaxy Watch Active?

First, you must pair your Galaxy Watch Active with your eligible Galaxy phone (S9/Note 9 or S10/S10+). After your watch is paired, go to the Galaxy Store and search directly for the My BP Lab watch app and download it. You can go to the store on your watch or to the watch section of the Galaxy store on your phone to download it. Search for "My BP" or "My BP Lab." The app is called "My BP Lab 2.0."

Can I use the My BP Lab app on my watch without having an eligible phone?

At this time, in order to use My BP Lab on your Galaxy Watch Active, you must pair it with an eligible Samsung Galaxy phone (S9/Note9/S10/S10+) and have the My BP Lab app downloaded onto the phone.

The My BP Lab app on my phone asks if I want to download the companion app on my watch, but when I try it doesn't work. What should I do?

If you cannot download the app for your watch via the link on your smartphone, go to the Galaxy Store and search directly for the My BP Lab watch app and download it.

I can't find the My BP Lab app for the Galaxy Watch Active, or the Galaxy Store is saying the watch is unavailable. What should I do?

The My BP Lab app is available in the Galaxy Store but we have experienced some minor problems with its release which are being fixed as quickly as possible. Please be patient and check back again if you are having issues with downloading it when you first try.
